LEADERSHIP TRANSITION

The Africa Guarantee Fund (AGF) is pleased to share an important leadership transition. We express our sincere appreciation to Jules Ngankam as he completes his tenure as Group CEO on 31 January 2026. His leadership has been instrumental in strengthening AGF’s impact and delivery across the continent.

We are equally pleased to welcome Constant N’ZI as Interim Group CEO. With his experience and commitment to AGF’s mandate, we are confident in a seamless transition and continued progress in expanding access to finance for SMEs.

We look forward to the next chapter of growth, partnership, and impact under Constant’s leadership, and extend our thanks to all who continue to champion AGF’s mission across Africa.
