Juneid KODABUX

Juneid is a Barrister-at-Law and has been called to the Bar of England and Wales in 2008 and to the Bar of Mauritius in 2009. Prior to joining AGF, he was a senior associate in a top-tier law firm in Mauritius and was involved in both the corporate and litigation fields. He has been actively involved in the global business sector in Mauritius and in relation to company secretarial duties. He advised on the setting up and operations of collective investment schemes and private equity funds in Mauritius with a focus on Africa and was the legal adviser holding directorships in various global business companies and funds in Mauritius. Juneid is a Mauritian citizen. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from the University of Birmingham (UK) and also successfully completed the Bar Vocational Course before being called at the Honourable Society of Gray’s Inn in London, England.
