Thabiso is a seasoned finance executive who is passionate about leveraging capital for inclusive economic growth. She brings over 15 years of leadership experience spanning finance, impact, operations, fundraising, capital mobilization across Africa and global markets. She brings depth of expertise across investment management disciplines; spanning venture capital, impact investing and institutional asset management.

Prior to joining AGF, Thabiso founded Plutus CFO, an advisory firm specializing in investment readiness and finance capacity building for emerging fund managers. She previously served as CFO & COO at Catalyst Fund, BFA Global, Founders Factory Africa and Aluwani Capital Partners. Earlier in her career, she also served as Chief of Staff to the CEO of ABSA Investments Cluster.

Thabiso has a consistent track record of translating financial strategy into operational reality: designing fundraising infrastructure, forging strategic partnerships and building the systems that enable organisations to scale with confidence.

She is a Chartered Accountant (CA(SA), ACA) and holds an MBA from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
